The Future of Northeast Asian Countries - (3) Domain map

Domain Map

What are the detailed considerations for the range of dates covered in the subject of this project?

Step 1: Brainstorming with mindmap

Northeast Asia is currently one of the most competitive regions on the planet. In fact, most of the countries in the region (China, South Korea, North Korea, and Japan) are among the world's top 10 economic and military powers. These countries have been competing fiercely for thousands of years, each of which had to be very aggressive and strong in order to survive. In order for these countries to become leaders in Northeast Asia, they had to overwhelm their opponents in various fields, not just military power. And competition in these various fields will continue in the future, and the country that wins this competition will become the future ruler of Northeast Asia.

Countries in Northeast Asia have had active [CULTURAL] exchanges for a long time. They have shared a script/language based on Chinese characters and a religious culture based on Confucianism and Buddhism. On the other hand, these countries have continued their efforts to maintain their national legitimacy while maintaining their original [COUNTRY IDENTITY] for a long time. In fact, each country has implemented survival strategies that fit various historical situations through competition and cooperation among competing countries. Moreover, competition and cooperation between countries was unavoidable due to [GEOGRAPHIC] proximity. In fact, they are engaged in frequent territorial disputes in the past as well as in the present, not only for territorial expansion, but also to secure geographical advantages and various natural resources in the other's territory. As we entered the modern era, each country began to seek coexistence through cooperation rather than unilateral competition. Each country started mutual cooperation to increase economic benefits, and for this purpose, they started to connect [PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE] such as transportation/communications as well as simple trade exchanges. Now, countries in Northeast Asia have come to operate a global supply chain together. In addition, countries in Northeast Asia are still divided into communist camps (China, North Korea) and capitalist camps (South Korea, Japan) and confront each other. In addition, there were frequent attempts by some countries to dominate all of Northeast Asia through imperialism. In Northeast Asia, various kinds of [IDEOLOTIES] are still competing.
